Tuition & Fees

This program is only open to selected highly qualified junior Navy and Marine officers. The USNA also provides payment for tuition, mandatory fees, and parking permit for Summer Term and the Fall and Spring Semesters.

Students are responsible for purchasing any required textbooks and are also responsible for any fees associated with the following:

Department of Transportation Services (DOTS) Fees:
Although the program does provide payment for your parking permit, your student account will be billed for any parking tickets which may be incurred for unauthorized parking. Please pay careful attention to the signage to avoid parking tickets. For complete information on on-campus parking information, click here.

Property Damage Charges:
Students will be charged for damage to property or equipment. Where responsibility for the damage can be fixed, the individual student will be billed for it; where responsibility cannot be fixed, the cost of repairing the damage will be pro-rated among the individuals involved.
