University of Maryland Graduate Students
If you are currently enrolled and in good standing, you may register without completing a summer application.
New Graduate Admits for Fall 2010 and Spring 2011
- If you have accepted admittance to the University for fall semester 2010, you may register without completing a summer application.
- If you have accepted admittance to the University for spring semester 2011, you must complete the Summer Term visiting graduate student application. The application fee is waived.
Prospective Graduate Degree Students
- If you wish to begin your degree program in Summer Term 2010, you must file a regular graduate school application form.
Visiting Graduate Students
Visiting graduate students must complete a Winter Term Graduate Admissions Application. This includes:
- Students who are non-degree seeking, post-baccalaureate, or
- Graduate students attending a university or college outside the University System of Maryland.
- Institute students must comply with individual institute requirements.
- To earn graduate credit in Winter Term without enrolling in a degree program, you must hold a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution with an overall "B" (3.0) average.
