Freshmen Connection Schedule of Classes

  • Courses offered in Freshmen Connection follow University policies and procedures and are subject to change. The University reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or for other reasons it deems necessary.
  • Courses in Freshmen Connection offer students a smaller class setting such that your first choice could already be full when you submit your enrollment form. Approach course selection with an open mind and know that all of the courses and instructors are exceptional. Please note a first and second choice on your enrollment form.

Your Schedule

View Your Schedule

Confirmation of your Freshmen Connection enrollment will be sent via e-mail. You may then access your schedule.

  • Visit: MyUM
  • Log in using your directory ID/password
  • Select Academics & Testudo (make sure that the Fall 2013 semester is highlighted)

Once your enrollment form has been verified, reviewed, and processed, your schedule is frozen until August 9, 2013.

Change Your Schedule

Students in Freshmen Connection may make changes to their schedule beginning at noon on August 9, 2013, depending on course availability.

To change a course on your current schedule, follow these steps:

  • Visit: MyUM
  • Log in using your directory ID/password
  • Select Academics & Testudo
  • Select Registration Drop/Add (navigation menu located at bottom of page)
  • Select Fall 2013 for the term
  • Log in using your directory ID and password
  • You are now at the Drop/Add Schedule Adjustment page and can make changes to your schedule

UNIV100

UNIV100 is a one-credit course that introduces students to University life. This is a required course for Freshmen Connection students. Topics include:

  • Time Management
  • Major Advising
  • Diversity
  • Responsible Decision Making
  • Commuter Issues
  • Public & Campus Safety
  • Academic Integrity
  • Code of Student Conduct
